Small acts of kindness can change the course of someone’s day, or even their life. Pay kindness forward today:

 
 

  • Write a note of appreciation

  • Send letter/text/card/email to those you love

  • Take the day not to complain

  • Spread encouragement online

  • Take the time to listen to someone

  • Offer compliments to strangers, family, friends

  • Gift food to those in need

  • Offer to go to store for elderly or at risk people
